Whole-home interior remodel

This Rancho Santa Fe home came down to the studs and went back together as a full interior remodel, run start to finish by one crew.

We reframed and re-planned the layout, ran new electrical and plumbing, and built it back with new flooring, carpet, paint, and trim throughout. The first few photos below show it mid-build, stripped back to bare framing. The main living spaces opened up under vaulted ceilings, with new windows and a lot more light than the house had before.

The bathrooms are where much of the work shows. Marble and stone tile run floor to ceiling, the showers sit behind frameless glass with built-in niches and benches, and the tubs are set into surrounds laid out so the veining stays continuous. Each one was waterproofed properly before a single tile went on.

Big job, one point of contact, and a price we set up front and held to.
